I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of creativity and structure. As a kid, I was fascinated by architecture. I loved design just as much as I loved math, problem-solving, and understanding how things fit together. While most people gravitated toward one side or the other, I found myself equally inspired by both. For years, I assumed architecture would become my career.

Life had other plans. While pursuing my education, I was diagnosed with epilepsy. It forced me to step away from the path I thought I was meant to follow and rethink what my future could look like.

Looking back, I wouldn’t change it. Living with epilepsy taught me resilience, preparation, adaptability, and how to remain calm when circumstances suddenly change. Those lessons have shaped every part of who I am—not just personally, but professionally. Real estate is full of unexpected turns, and I’ve learned that staying composed, thinking clearly, and focusing on solutions often makes all the difference.

Around that same time, I rediscovered my passion for homes, design, and helping people. Real estate became the perfect intersection of everything I loved: strategy, creativity, relationships, negotiation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during one of life’s biggest decisions.

While I certainly appreciate beautiful homes and thoughtful design, what truly drives me is the strategy behind every transaction.

I enjoy studying architecture, design, and how thoughtful improvements influence value and buyer perception. Just as much, I enjoy anticipating challenges before they arise, navigating the legal and contractual details of a transaction, and building strategies that protect my clients from both obvious and hidden risks.

I’ve always been highly organized and detail-oriented. Contracts aren’t just paperwork to me—they’re the framework that protects my clients. I believe excellence isn’t created through one big moment. More often, it’s the result of hundreds of small details that others might overlook.

Negotiation has become one of my favorite parts of this business. I don’t believe great negotiators are the loudest people in the room—I believe they’re the ones who remain calm, prepared, and unwavering in protecting their clients’ interests.

Some of the toughest negotiations I’ve experienced have ended with mutual respect because my goal has never been to “win” at someone else’s expense. My responsibility is to advocate relentlessly for my clients while building solutions that allow everyone to move forward. I believe you can be firm, direct, and honest without losing professionalism or respect.

That’s the balance I strive for every day: strategic when it matters, collaborative whenever possible, and always committed to achieving the best outcome for the people who have trusted me.
